Vegetable Cultivation Using Bio Slurry

place

Bio slurry, a byproduct of the biogas production plant. It is a good quality organic fertilizer. During anaerobic fermentation, about 25-30% of organic matter is transformed into biogas, while the rest is converted into bio-slurry.

Benefits for the users

  • Improves the soil fertility, soil structure, and yields of crops
  • Enhances the quality of soil nutrients
  • Improves agricultural productivity

Contribution to Climate Change Adaptation

The extensive use of chemical fertilizers harms the environment as they emit different GHGs. Using bio-slurry can reduce the application of chemical fertilizers up to 50%.

Regional Feasibility

All over the country

Cost:

Bio slurry is a byproduct of biogas. So, it requires no cost.
